How Do I Cancel My Order?

If you have to cancel an order, please do so before the invoice is generated.

Once Invoice is generated, a return request has to be initiated using the ‘My Returns’ section on the account profile.

Return Policy

We have a 48 hour return policy. Please initiate a return within 48 hrs of receiving the product.


Conditions for Return Acceptance 

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The product must be returned in the original packaging with no damage, scratches, or dents
    • Product packagingis preserved in original condition with no damage, scratches, or grease stains 
    • The product is unusedand in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt (with no sign of installation)
    • Return request initiatedwithin 48 hours after products are delivered.
    • If received part(s) is damaged, return request is initiated within 1 day of product delivery (48-hour return window not applicable)

Once the return is ready for pickup, our agent will pick it up from the location it was delivered originally. We will take a picture of the part at the point of receipt

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Items which belong to the following categories are not subject to refund: electronic and complicated electric parts (harnesses, instrument panels, parts with circuit boards, etc.), car body covers, bug & tar remover, air fresheners. 

 You’ll find Non returnable mentioned on the product page for all the parts which have been exempted from this policy.  

Vendors/merchants can have their own requirements or refund policy.


After the returned part is received, inspected, and approved by our QC team, it would take 1 day for the refund to initiate. It usually, takes up to 5-7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your source account. 

 If you do not receive the refund within the above said time, please, contact your bank.

 Prepayment:  In order to protect Payer, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and to the same account from which it was originated, i.e the Source account. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
